5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• If any misuse or abuse of bonuses is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

A bet may be cancelled or voided in the following cases:

• If fraud or match-fixing is proven in connection with any result.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Live Casino

• Withholding pending bets or transactions.
• In cases of serious violation, permanently closing the account and forfeiting any balance obtained through prohibited means.

A member may also request to close their own account at any time. In that case, the balance may be withdrawn subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met.
